According to official data, Gujarat has about 6,700 MBBS seats and government, private and medical colleges more than 1,200 BDS seats.

After the completion of the first round of NEET UG counseling in Gujarat, 1,169 MBBS and BDS seats remain vacant. To fill the seats, the State Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Course (ACPUGMEC) will begin on 29 August Round 2 registration process and filling the choice. Students can check the Gujarat NEET UG seat allotment list on Medadmgujarat.org.
Of the total vacant seats, 654 are of MBBS and 153 are for BDS courses. According to media reports, 6,827 seats were allocated during the initial counseling round, however, 1,169 candidates did not report, resulting in significant seats in both government and private medical and dental colleges.
Gujarat NEET UG Counseling 2025: How to register for Round 2?
step 1: Visit the official website on Medadmgujarat.org.
step 2: Click on the ‘UG Medical Counseling’ section on the homepage.
step 3: Select the link for NEET UG 2025 registration.
step 4: Fill the required details, create a password, and submit the registration form.
Step 5: Pay the online registration fee and save the confirmation page.
Step 6: Download the filled NEET UG counseling form and take a printout for future use.

-The passport-size photograph (uploaded in NEET application)
