Dr. Anwar said that Sattu also has some disadvantages. Patients with kidney stone and gaul blader stone should not consume it as it can increase the problem. Protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus are found in plenty in Sattu. If you consume a limited amount of sattu daily, then you can avoid many diseases and you can also avoid heat in summer. 80 to 100 grams of sattu should be consumed daily, which you can consume in any way.
