When you highlight or tap something, Google shows a related result from it. You can make the search a little more accurate with color, brand or other details. How to use lens screen-search feature on iPhone
To use this feature, click on three dots in Chrome or Google App and select Search Screen with Google lens. Soon, the lens icon will come on your screen.
