Avoid delaying meals and sleeping
Rujuta Diwekar told that no one should delay their meal. He said, “If you eat on time, you will not have acidity and if you sleep on time, you will not have acidity.” It is very common for meals to be postponed due to work constraints or other reasons. He then reminded us that when you do not sleep well at night and feel restless, it often leads to acidity the next morning. The dietitian pointed out the importance of timely, good quality sleep to prevent acidity.
