Gajar Ka Halwa is seen as one of the most demanded desserts in an Indian house. Sweet dessert is a carrot pudding made with liberal amounts of milk, sugar, cardamom and water. From Diwali to Eid, Navratri, Gajar’s pudding is known to dominate the dinner table after every dinner plaater. Chef M Jenny Clinta, on the official Instagram account of his bakery and cake shop, shared a fresh recipe of Gajar Ka Halwa with a twist, and it is not going down well with neccess. Chef shared a short version of Gajar’s pudding, where he prepared sweets as a palate cleanser in mini Petri dishes.

In the video, first he boiled the chopped carrots into water and then added them to the Petri dish with topping of marshmollo and other items to add more taste to the dish. “Our favorite with the last menu! How did the Internet react?

However, Gajar’s pudding is known as a sweet amount of sweet. Netizens was not like short versions with three-four pieces of boiled carrots slices with very low topping.
