Since the festival falls on a Sunday, it gives us a great opportunity to celebrate. It is important to incorporate a healthy routine with your best friends so that we can all stay together, healthy and happy. We should stay fit and inspire our best friends to do the same. Morning or evening workout plans with your best friend are the best way to stay healthy together. Also, inside jokes, laughter and gossip during water breaks in between workouts make for a great exercise plan.
