Arsa is ready with rice
Let me tell you that to make it, rice is soaked in water a day before. After which that rice is dried and grinded, and jaggery is mixed, after which this flour is cooked on light flame. So let’s know what is the method of making it.
• To make arsa bread, first wash the rice twice with water and then soak it in water and keep it for overnight.
• After that, separate the water from the rice the next day in the morning, and dry the rice for some time.
• After that grind the rice with the help of a mixer, and when all the rice is crushed well, then press it with hands.
• Now after on the gas, heat the water and jaggery in the panel (pan) and make a thick sera, now put rice flour in that thick sera a little bit, and mix it with the help of spoon.
• Now heat the oil in the pan, and make the rice flour mixed with this jaggery, make round dough, and put it in the oil.
• When it is well roasted from one side, then turn it over, and roast till it turns light red. After that take out the strictly with the help of Jhara (sieve).
• Now your Chhattisgarhi dish is ready to be made of jaggery. The best thing is that it is very soft, due to which the elderly like it more.
