FMGE December 2024: The National Board of Education in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has started the registration process for the December session of Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2024. As per the notification, the application window will be closed on November 18 at 11:55 pm.

According to the information bulletin, admit cards will be released on January 8, the exam will be held on January 12 and the results will be declared by February 12.

FMGE December 2024 Information Bulletin

FMGE 2024 Application Fee is ₹6,195 (Duty: ₹5,250 & 18% GST: ₹945). Additionally, candidates may have to pay platform fees.

The paper will consist of 300 multiple choice questions. The paper will be distributed in two parts of 150 questions each on the same day. Each section has to be solved within 150 minutes.

The question paper of each part of FMGE will be divided into several timed sections. For example, if each part of the question paper has 3-timed sections – Section A, B and C – each such section will have 50 questions and 50 minutes of time will be allotted to the section.

Candidates will not be allowed to proceed to the next section until completion of the time allotted for the previous section and there will be no provision for reviewing questions or modifying responses after completion of the time allotted for a particular section.

Questions from the next section will start automatically after completion of the allotted time of the previous section

There will be no negative marking in FMGE December 2024.

To pass the exam, candidates must score at least 150 marks out of 300. There is no provision to score the total marks again to pass the examination only if you get minimum 150 marks out of 300. The results (passed/failed) for the eligible candidates will be displayed on the NBEMS website. There is no provision for re-totaling/revaluation/giving grace marks in FMGE.
