Career started as choreographer
Being interested in music and art, Guru Dutt acquired scholarship from his talent and enrolled in Uday Shankar India Culture Center, from where he learned dance. After learning dance, Guru Dutt got a chance to work as a choreographer in Prabhat Studio in Pune. In the year 1946, Gurudutt started his film career as a choreographer with a film ‘Hum Ek Hain’ from Prabhat Studio.

Married Gurudutt’s actress started growing close
In the year 1953, Gurudutt was married to Geeta. However, after just four years, something happened that Guru Dutt’s life reached the verge of ruin. It is said that Waheeda, close to Guru Dutt, grew from Rehman and due to this, the quarrels of him and Geeta Dutt started. The quarrels increased so much that the marriage broke.

Guru Dutt was crazy for Waheeda

Guru Dutt was surprised to read this letter because he used to meet Waheeda on the set. He discussed this issue with his friend and film writer Abrar Alvi. Abrar realized at first sight that Waheeda did not write this letter. To find out the truth of the letter, Guru Dutt and Abrar Nariman reached the point. In a while, Geeta Dutt and her friends descended from a car. Guru Dutt became very upset with this incident and he also raised his hand on the Gita. After this incident, the two separated.

When wife tells life hell
As Gita was a wife, she was fulfilling Guru Dutt, but she was very upset. According to Yasir Usman, the author of the book ‘Gurudutt the Uncertified Story’ written on Guru Dutt’s life, Geeta once fiercely fought on Waheeda. He said, ‘Ever since Waheeda has come in our life, our life has become hell’ and this was where the breakdown of Guru Dutt’s family started.

The stories of Guru Dutt’s life spread so much that every audience used to talk about him. The discussion was even that Guru Dutt changed his religion for Waheeda and married her. However, no one confirms this. He got so entangled in relationships that cigarettes, alcohol and sleeping pills were addicted and they started to be ruined.

Late in the night, Abrar went to his house from there.

On the second day in the afternoon, he received a call that the situation of Guru Dutt is very bad. When Abrar reached there, he saw that Guru Dutt was lying on the bed wearing a kurta pajama. A glass was placed on his table and there was pink fluid in it. Suddenly came out of Abrar’s mouth, Guru Dutt has killed himself.
