Elon Musk’s Tesla is not able to make the perfect car! 7 lakh vehicles recalled

Date:

New Delhi. New defects are emerging every day in the electric vehicles of Elon Musk’s company Tesla. For this reason, the company has to recall its vehicles from the market every day. This is the reason that out of all the recalls in the American market in the first three quarters of the year, 21% were of Tesla vehicles. Now once again Tesla recalled 6.94 lakh vehicles in America due to a malfunction in the tire pressure monitoring system. The vehicles which have been recalled from the market include Tesla Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck. It is noteworthy that this year the company has recalled Cybertruck from the market for the sixth time.

Tesla announced on Friday that it was recalling 694,304 vehicles in the US. According to the recall notice, the tire pressure monitoring system warning light does not come on while driving. This light informs the driver about the air pressure in any tyre. If this light is not lit, the driver does not get a warning nor does he get information about the correct air pressure while inflating the tyre. Due to this, there is a risk of accident and there is also a possibility of over-inflating the tire, which can cause the tire to burst.

Problems encountered in these models
This problem is affecting some of Tesla’s models like Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck. Tesla said that this problem will be resolved through over-the-air software updates. According to recall management firm BizzyCar, Tesla vehicles accounted for 21% of all recalls in the US in the first three quarters of the year. However, most of Tesla’s issues have been resolved through software updates. In the September quarter, Tesla recalled 1,858,774 vehicles, the most in the US.

Cybertruck is not getting full current
In November, Tesla recalled 2,400 Cybertruck units in the US. The reason for this was that due to a defect in one part, full current was not being received. Because of this the risk of accident had increased. It is noteworthy that Tesla has recalled Cybertruck from the market for the sixth time this year.
