New Delhi. Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has announced the launch of ‘XMail’. With this announcement, speculations have started that Google’s flagship Gmail service will face tough competition. When X was asked if he was planning an email service, he said the service was coming soon.
According to news agency IANS, Nate McGrady, a member of X’s engineering and security team, had asked when XML would be launched. Musk replied, “Coming.” This caused an uproar in the tech industry as rumors spread that Google was shutting down Gmail after a manipulated image went viral on the social media platform.
