Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) has announced scholarship for women students who have excelled in various fields on the occasion of Navratri. Under this initiative, a total scholarship of Rs 99,000 will be provided, where every day of the Navratri festival, a female student will be provided Rs 11,000. DU students can submit their certificates of achievements through Google Form by 31 March.

This initiative of ABVP -led Dusu is part of its commitment to empower women and promote educational excellence. The scholarship will be given to women students who have achieved extraordinary achievements in their respective fields and have contributed significantly to the society.

The official notice states that the selection process for this scholarship will take into account the educational qualification, leadership capacity and the talent of these students. These scholarships will also be honored to students in the area to academics, sports, NCC, dancing, singing, debate/quiz, literary writing, painting, and especially Abbled (PWD) students.

This scholarship is a testimony to our commitment to promote women empowerment and educational excellence among the university community.”

Bhanu Pratap Singh, Vice President of the Union of Delhi University of Delhi, said, “We believe that education is the key to reducing the ability of the students, and we are committed to provide them with the necessary resources and support to achieve success.”

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education has recently informed Parliament that in the last three years, Close to five lakh applicants Could not secure a seat in Delhi University.
