Defense Research and Development Organization, Armament Research and Development Instormal (Arde), is accepting the application from the ITI holders eligible to fill 70 Apprentice Vacancies. Interested candidates can apply for the Apprentice Recruitment Process, which can register themselves by registering on the official website on the apprenticeshipindia. Gov.in.
Candidates should note that the time limit for submission of application is April 20, 2025.
According to the official notice, there are the following posts for which Apprentice is being recruited:

It can be mentioned here that the candidates will undergo 12 months training, and it will be given a monthly stipend. 13,000. The training will be Ard, Pashan, Pune – 411021.
The notice states that the examination and completion certificate will be issued only to those candidates who have passed 12 months from the date of selection.

To be eligible to apply, candidates must be 18 to 30 years on April 1, 2025. According to the guidelines, there is rest for reserved category candidates.
Selection process
Selection of candidates will be based on marks obtained in the relevant discipline qualification examination. Post screening of the online application, shortlisted candidates will be informed through mail or phone calls to appear for business testing.
According to the notice, the engagement for apprenticeship training will be under selected candidates who are going to clean the medical examination and police verification.
Additionally, candidates should not submit incomplete/incorrect/misleading/illegal documents, information or any other invalid data/input or resulting in rejection of application, and the appeal for reconsideration will not be entertained.
To apply, candidates have to register themselves on the Apprenticeship Portal Apprenticeshipian.Gow.in. Next, they have to apply for training in their own business.
Candidates should also note that the incomplete / incorrect online application received after the due date will be rejected.
