Based on one of his videos about bloating, Dr. Rajan explains how to get rid of bloating quickly. He said your best bet is to first find out what is causing the swelling, adding that some ‘natural ingredients’ can help reduce the symptoms of swelling.
Suffering from swelling? Try These Natural Ingredients
A bloated stomach can sometimes be uncomfortable, painful, and even painful. Thankfully, there are some ways to manage it naturally.
In the clip above, Sophie talks about day 40 of ‘the most extreme anti-inflammatory diet ever for my endometriosis’: “Over the last 39 days I had no inflammation or endometriosis symptoms until day 40.” Highlighting his video, Dr. Rajan said, “If you suffer from inflammation try these four natural ingredients.”
Peppermint oil reduces symptoms of gas, bloating
Then he listed them all: “First, peppermint oil. It contains menthol, which has anti-spasmodic properties; it relaxes the smooth muscles of your intestines to reduce symptoms of gas, bloating and stomach cramps. Particularly effective in people with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or who suffer from IBS-like symptoms.”
Ginger is especially effective for inflammation
His second choice? Ginger. He adds, “Ginger speeds up gastric emptying and stimulates digestive enzymes. It reduces bloating by removing food that has been sitting in the stomach for a long time. It also helps with bloating-related dysfunction, indigestion or dyspepsia.” Is particularly effective for.”
Psyllium husk powder is more effective
Next is psyllium husk (isabgol). “I love it. Psyllium is a soluble fiber that absorbs water in the intestine. It forms a gel that promotes regular dumps and reduces bloating. Very effective in individuals with constipation-type IBS. You can get it in pills and powder, but personally, I think powders are more effective,” he said.
Probiotics reduce inflammation by balancing gut flora
Dr. Rajan said, “Finally, there is good evidence that specific probiotic strains like Bifidobacterium infantis and others can reduce bloating by modulating and balancing your gut flora, basically by reducing gas production at the source. These strains can be found in yogurt and kefir contain live cultures.” Ultimately, he said, “these will not cure the underlying condition causing the inflammation, but may help reduce symptoms.”
If you have regular bloating and/or experience pain when bloating, be sure to talk to your medical provider.
