Diljit Dosanjh has already impressed many fans with his music. This time he again won hearts by taking the side of girls who were trolled for crying during the Jaipur leg of the Dil-Luminati Tour.

“It’s okay, it’s okay to cry. Music is an emotion,” the Punjabi singer’s voice was heard in the background of the video montage as it showed several women attending Diljit’s concert crying.

Dosanjh posted the clip on his Instagram account on Saturday morning and consoled fans that it is okay to be emotional. The video’s caption reads, “A woman who knows her worth doesn’t need validation – she shines bright enough to light her own path. Heart-Luminati Tour Year 24.”

‘I myself have cried many times…’

The fame of ‘Lover’ then continued in Punjabi, “It has smiles, dance, bhangra, giddha and even crying. I myself have cried many times after listening to the music. Only those can cry whose Have feelings. Don’t worry about it. Not only men but women can also enjoy.”

Diljit also told the crowd, “Inna da apmaan karrahe ho, tussi desh di beti da apmaan karrae ho, main tenu das diya gal (You are insulting her, you are insulting the daughter of the country, I’m telling you).”

Meanwhile, some other fans took a different stance and commented that the Punjabi singer is only supporting women who earn. An Instagrammer wrote, “I am able to enjoy only because I have work.”

Diljit Dosanjh has been touring across India for five nights, and has performed at three venues so far, each one of which has been a massive hit. They have seven shows left from the Heart-Luminati tour:
