According to a sweeping federal indictment unsealed on Tuesday, September 17, key details have come to light regarding the March raids on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami properties.

Documents obtained by Page Six reveal that federal authorities allegedly seized “various freak-off supplies, including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.” The indictment also mentions that three AR-15s with “distorted serial numbers” and a drum magazine were discovered during the March investigation.

Diddy, who was charged Tuesday with three counts of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution by force, fraud, or coercion, is accused of coercing female persons and male sex workers — many times while intoxicated — into engaging in sexual performances, referred to as “freak offs” in official documents. The indictment alleges that Combs “engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse toward women and other persons.” The 2008 charges listed in the indictment claim that in addition to multiple instances of sexual misconduct, the Revolt founder intimidated and coerced women for years in order to hide his actions and “protect his reputation.”

What happened during the alleged wild parties hosted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs?

Diddy’s vast business empire has also been dragged into the complaint for allegedly engaging in illegal activities and “acts of intimidation, manipulation, bribery and threats of retaliation” to secure “absolute loyalty” from those who witnessed crimes committed by “members of the enterprise and those associated with it.”

The unruly drinking events organized by the Bad Boy Records founder included the presence of “controlled substances, baby oil, lubricants, extra linens and lighting” in the rooms. The disgraced rapper’s staff also had to clean hotel rooms after these “freak offs” to “minimize room damage.” In addition, staff would arrange travel for victims, order IV fluids and give their boss bundles of cash to allegedly pay “commercial sex workers.”

The indictment paints a disturbing picture of drug- and sex-filled parties in which Diddy allegedly “hit, kicked, threw objects at victims, and at times dragged them by their hair.” These encounters ultimately resulted in injuries “that took days or weeks to heal.”

Diddy dominated and controlled nearly every aspect of his alleged victims’ lives

As established in the documents, Combs clearly had control over his victims. He allegedly threatened to “withhold financial support” and also allegedly kept track of their whereabouts. Furthermore, the victims were allegedly given no say in their involvement with Combs. The indictment alleges that they could not refuse him “without risking their financial or job security or without facing repercussions in the form of physical or emotional abuse.”

Additionally, the documents state that Bad Boy for Life would secure incriminating recordings of these “freak offs” as collateral to buy the victims’ obedience and silence.

Combs was arrested in Manhattan on Monday. As before, his lawyer again denied all charges and intends to “fight tooth and nail” in court to have his client released from custody.
