1. Proceed after meals

Aimee emphasizes the importance of staying active after eating. She suggests that about 30 minutes after a meal goes on a 10 -minute walk or to engage in mild movement. “I really set a timer for 30 minutes. Once I finish the food. If I can’t walk, I work early around the house. If I am somewhere out, I go to the bathroom And I do 10 body squats, “she says. She highlights that research supports this approach, as it helps to balance blood sugar levels and promote metabolism.

2. 100-50 method

Aimee uses 100–50 methods as its nutrition guide. This includes consuming 100 grams of protein and 50 grams of healthy fats every day. This balanced approach not only supports muscle maintenance and fat loss, but also makes you feel full and energetic throughout the day.

3. Balance cortisol

Aimee emphasizes the importance of managing stress and balanced cortisol levels. She explains that unbalanced hormones, especially elevated cortisol, can make weight loss quite challenging.

She was able to create a healthy hormonal environment favorable to weight loss, by preference to stress management through practices such as mindyfulness, adequate sleep and relaxation techniques.
