Despite turning the manga pages very slowly, each episode of the Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc Season 4 has introduced a series of game-changing original anime-only developments, adding more layers to the much-loved shonen program.

Crunchyroll describes the anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotōge’s manga series as follows:

“It’s the Taishō period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kind-hearted boy who sells coal for a living, sees his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the only survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself.

Though disheartened by this horrifying reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon killer so he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon who massacred his family.”

Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 5 Release Date

The upcoming Demon Slayer Hashira Training Arc episode will air on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at 11:15 PM JST.

Crunchyroll has already updated its release schedule for all future episodes of the season. Starting from episode 4, the anime streaming service has changed the release time of the Hashira Training Arc episodes from 10:45 am PT to 8:45 am PT.

Where to watch Demon Slayer Hashira Training Arc Episode 5?

Japanese viewers can tune in to Fuji TV and other local networks for the next broadcast. Meanwhile, international viewers can rely on Crunchyroll for the fourth episode to air at 8:45 AM PT.

Indian streaming service JioCinema has also been streaming new episodes of Demon Slayer via its anime hub since the premiere of season 4. Hence, Indian fans can also turn to this OTT platform for simultaneous access to the latest episodes of the series. All four episodes of season 4 are already streaming on JioCinema, and seasons 1 to 3 are also available on the streamer.

Crunchyroll’s website confirms that Demon Slayer Season 4 will be available in the following regions: North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, Middle East, CIS, India, and Southeast Asia.

As per the latest update from Crunchyroll, Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 5 will start playing on Crunchyroll on June 9 at 8:45 AM IST.

Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 4 Brief Description

Expanding the limits of the lead characters’ training horizons, the latest episode saw Tanjiro reaching out to the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito, whose challenges and strategies take a heavy toll on demon hunters in training. His harsh regime pushes everyone to their limits.

While the others struggled to reach his level, Tokito later ventured out for secret sessions with the Wind Hashira and the Serpent Hashira. The June 9 episode will likely expand on these training sessions as Tanjiro and the others continue on their path to becoming stronger than ever to defeat Muzan and his demons.
