Putin said, ‘Biden is more experienced, and his steps are predictable, he is an old-fashioned leader, but we will work with any American leader, a leader whom the American people trust.’ When asked about speculations on Biden’s health issues, Putin replied, ‘I am not a doctor and I do not consider it appropriate to comment on this.’
