CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2024: Marks verification window closes today

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the ‘mark verification’ window for Class 12 students on Tuesday.

Students who are not satisfied with their Class 12 marks can apply for revaluation of copies, verification of marks or photocopy of answer sheets till Tuesday.

Today is the last day to apply for verification of marks on cbse.gov.in.

“Although CBSE has taken a large number of possible steps in the assessment and preparation of results, however, in case students are still not satisfied with their assessment/result, they are provided with the facility of verification of marks, obtaining photocopies of their evaluated answer sheets, and re-evaluation of their answers,” the CBSE board had said last week.

Candidates have to pay To avail the marks verification facility, a fee of Rs 500 per subject will have to be paid.

  • Visit official website: cbse.gov.in
  • Click on the application link for revaluation available on the home page
  • Log in using your credentials: Roll Number, DOB
  • Fill up the application form
  • Complete your registration with fee payment
  • Download the application form and payment confirmation slip for future reference

18,417 schools conducted the CBSE Class 12 exams at 7126 centres.

The pass percentage of class 12 examination stood at 87.98 this year with a marginal increase of 0.65 percentage points from last year.

A total of 1.16 lakh students scored above 90% and 24,068 scored above 95%.

In Class 12, schools under the Central Tibetan School Administration achieved the highest pass percentage at 99.23. Thiruvananthapuram region recorded the highest pass percentage of 99.91%.

Supplementary examinations for classes 10 and 12 will be conducted from July 15.
