BSEB Bihar Board Matriculation Exam 2024 entered its sixth day today with students appearing for the English exam in both shifts at all the exam centers in the state. The first shift was conducted from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm, while the second shift was conducted from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
In the notice issued by Bihar School Examination Committee, it was told that the examination was conducted in a clean and malpractice-free manner at 70 examination centers in Patna.
Meanwhile, the next exam is scheduled to be held tomorrow (February 22). The notice states that since the marks of optional subjects will not be added to the total marks, it is not mandatory for the students to appear in the examination.
In the first shift, from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm, the examination of Advanced Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Persian, Sanskrit, Arabic and Maithili subjects and Fine Arts, Home Science will be conducted under optional paper. Dance and music examination will be held from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm.

Similarly, the second shift for optional papers (Advanced Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Persian, Sanskrit, Arabic and Maithili) and exams for Fine Arts, Home Science, Dance and Music will be held from 2 am to 5:15 pm. Will be held from 2:00 pm to 04:45 pm.
Details of expelled students and copycats
Bihar School Examination Board also shared the details of the candidates expelled in both the shifts on the sixth day. According to the list, a total of 8 candidates were expelled. Details are as follows:
- Nalanda: 2
- Went: 3
- Jahanabad: 1
- Arwal:1
- Gopalganj: 1

Apart from this, a total of 18 copycats were also caught. These include 13 patients from Lakhisarai district, 4 from Saharsa district and 1 from Bhojpur district.
