There is something special in the charm and hospitality of Delhiites. When it comes to any festival, no matter the language, culture, customs, Delhiites get mesmerized and immersed in the emotion, feeling and joy. One such fascinating and fun-filled experience can be seen at Major Dhyan Chand Stadium in TV9 Festival of India. The festival has enthralled the visitors with its vibrant blend of cultural heritage, modern flair and festive spirit.
The festival of India also celebrates the grandeur of Durga Puja, enlivening the festive spirit with cultural performances and religious rituals. The guests were seen immersed in an atmosphere of happiness while looking at the tallest Durga Puja pandal of Delhi.
The fourth day of fun was followed by an engaging evening of Garba and Dandiya dance, with special engaging activities for children, food, music, dance and other activities. The evening was full of wonderful entertainment with captivating folk performances by talented bands, artistes etc. amidst the presence of renowned personalities.
Dandiya and Garba Night was the main attraction for the people in the evening which was attended by a large number of people and everyone had a great time full of energy and enthusiasm to the tunes of traditional folk songs to Bollywood hits. As the night progressed, people danced to the tunes of Garba and Dandiya and enjoyed the performances celebrating India’s diverse cultural heritage.
Thousands of people from Delhi-NCR participated in India’s second TV9 Festival to worship and experience the devotion of Maa Durga. Like other days during the day, many well-known personalities including UP Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak also reached the festival and took blessings of Maa Durga. BJP leader and Delhi MP Manoj Tiwari also took blessings of Mother Durga. As soon as he came on stage, people’s enthusiasm increased further. Manoj Tiwari thanked TV9 network for organizing such a wonderful and memorable program.
The last day started with traditional puja. After which cultural presentations and activities continued throughout the day. Folk artistes enthralled the audience by presenting traditional dances of Bengal, Punjab and Gujarat.
The last day of the 5 day TV9 Festival of India concluded with the sacred Sindoor Khela, a symbol of unity and solidarity. Sindoor Khela is a tradition that marks the end of Durga Puja, in which women apply vermillion to each other in celebration of unity and blessings. Sindoor Khela mesmerized everyone. Such a powerful and magnificent glimpse was truly heart touching.
After an exciting day full of shopping, food, various activities, songs and music, the TV9 Festival of India came to an end. People who came to enjoy the festival not only participated in the colorful programs but also made purchases at the stalls set up during the festival.
The five-day festival organized by TV9 network attracted everyone with its vibrant blend of cultural heritage, modern flair and festive spirit. From fun games to engaging shows, the festival ensured that there was something for visitors of all ages. Anand Mela full of entertainment added to the joyous atmosphere.
