Bhagyashree gave important health tips
She shared the video with the caption, “As the year ends, make a pact to understand your body and its needs.” In the video, she emphasizes how important it is to listen to our bodies, as they are always giving us signals, whether physical or emotional, when something is wrong or lacking. She explains how paying attention to these signs can help us spot any deficiencies. Let’s take a look at his tips.
How to deal with deficiencies for better health?
- If you experience nerve-wracking sensations, such as twitching under your eyes or in your legs, it may be a sign of magnesium deficiency. To fix this, Bhagyashree suggests adding almonds, sunflower seeds or spinach to your diet.
- Do you feel irritable or angry very often? This may be due to deficiency of Vitamin B. She recommends eating kidney beans, chickpeas or peanuts. Don’t forget to get some sunshine daily for extra energy.
