It is important for their parents to ensure that their diet is healthy so that physical functions are better and symptoms of mood swings are also reduced. Here are six foods that should be included in the daily diet:

Ragi Laddu:

Instead of eating biscuits, we should focus on eating one ragi laddu every day so that the body gets its daily dose of calcium, iron, vitamin B and protein which can help boost nutrition. When we avoid eating biscuits, the body is more effective in absorbing these nutrients.

Handful of peanuts:

Eating a handful of peanuts every day provides the body with vitamin B6, protein, fiber and many other minerals. It also helps in keeping the body satiated and prevents unhealthy snacking.

Lemon or Amla Juice:

Instead of relying heavily on sweet beverages, we should drink a glass of amla juice or lemon juice every day. This provides the body with vitamin C, which facilitates the absorption of iron and minerals.
