AP POLYCET 2024 will be conducted later this month on April 27 and the admit card for the same will be released a week before.
The date for submission of application form for Polytechnic Common Entrance Test 2024 or POLYCET 2024 has been extended by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh. As per the latest update scheduled by the official AP POLYCET website, April 10 will be the last date for all form submission. The last scheduled date was April 5. Eligible candidates who still have not applied for the exam can now apply directly at polysetapp.nic.in. The exam will be held later this month on April 27 and the admit card for it will be released a week before.
AP POLYCET 2024 exam is for candidates who seek admission to diploma level programmes. These programs are conducted in government, aided, private, unaided polytechnics and second shift polytechnics which are run in existing private unaided engineering colleges.
AP Polycet 2024: How to Apply?
Candidates who want to appear for AP POLYCET 2024 exam need to follow the steps given below to register themselves –
Step 1: First of all you have to visit the official website of AP POLYCET, polycetap.nic.in.
Step 2: Then candidates have to see the AP POLYCET 2024 registration link on the homepage.
Step 3: After clicking on the link add all the details to log in to your account.
Step 4: Once you have filled all the information, you will be asked to pay the application fee.
Step 5: Verify all the details you mentioned and make corrections if necessary.
Step 6: After this you have to upload the required documents before clicking on the submit button.
Step 7: After submitting the form, download it and save it on your computer as a PDF document.
Step 8: It is also advisable to obtain a printout for future needs.
AP Polycet 2024: Exam Pattern
There will be a total of 120 questions in the AP POLYCET 2024 exam question paper. All of these will be in multiple choice answer format with four responses per question. The Mathematics section of the paper will be of 50 marks for 50 questions. Physics section will be of 40 marks while Chemistry section will be of 30 marks.
AP Polycet 2024: Application Fee
AP POLYCET 2024 application fee will be Rs 400 for OC/BC candidates. On the other hand, SC/ST candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100.
