Ekadashi fasting

According to the Drink Almanac, Ekadashi Parana, which means breaking rapid, is done after sunrise the next day of Ekadashi. Till Dwadashi is over before the sunrise, it is necessary to do the melody inside the Dwadashi Titi.

Parana should not be done during Hari Vasara. One should wait for Hari Vasara before breaking the fast. Hari Vasra is the first one-fourth period of Dwadashi Tithi. The most preferred time to break the fasting is the first time. Fasting should be avoided during the mid -day. If for some reasons no one is able to break the fasting during the first place, then it should do so after midnight.

Many times the fasting of the Ekadashi is suggested in two consecutive days. It is advisable that smart with family should inspect fasting on the very first day. Alternative Ekadashi fasting, which is the second, is suggested to Sanyai, widows and those who want salvation. This Vaishnava coincides with Vaishnava Ekadashi fasting day when an alternative Ekadashi fasting is suggested. In both days, the fasting fasting is suggested for staunch devotees who seek the love and affection of Lord Vishnu.
