The most special thing about Tata Punch is its price which is less than Maruti Swift. The base model of Maruti Swift starts at Rs 6.24 lakh (ex-showroom), while the price of Tata Punch starts at Rs 6.13 lakh, ex-showroom. That means, if you buy the base model of Punch, it will be Rs 11,000 cheaper than Swift. Despite coming at such a low price, Punch is a car with a 5-star safety rating. Let us tell you that no other SUV that comes at such a low price has a 5-star safety rating.

Tata Punch: Engine and Features
Punch has a 1.2 liter petrol engine which generates power of 88 bhp and torque of 115 Nm. It also has the option of 5-speed manual as well as 5-speed automatic gearbox. The company has also recently launched its CNG option which comes with twin cylinder technology. Tata Punch offers a mileage of 20.09kmpl in petrol and 26.99km/kg in CNG.

Talking about the features, Punch has features like 7-inch touchscreen display, semi-digital instrument panel, auto air conditioning, automatic headlights, connected car technology and cruise control. In terms of safety, it has been provided with many features like dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear defogger, rear parking sensor, rear-view camera and ISOFIX anchor.
