JioHotstar’s premium plan is available for just ₹ 1, and it is being discussed very fast on social media. Know what are the benefits, who will get the offer and how to activate it.
These days, an offer on social media has caught everyone’s attention, and this offer is JioHotstar’s ₹1 Premium Plan. Several users have shared screenshots on X (formerly Twitter), showing successful payments and active premium accounts. This has increased a lot of curiosity among streaming fans.
Interestingly, till now neither Jio nor Disney+ Hotstar has made any announcement regarding this offer. It is believed that this is part of a pilot project or internal test, which is currently being given only to a few selected users.

Initially it seemed that this offer was only for Jio SIM users, but according to reports, some non-Jio users have also got this access. In some cases, users have even got a full year’s subscription for just ₹1!
However, no official confirmation has been made yet by Jio or Hotstar, hence it is currently being considered as a testing phase.
How to check whether you are eligible or not?
Open JioHotstar app or website.
Login with your mobile number (which does not have any active subscription).
Go to ‘My Space’ section.
Tap on ‘Subscribe’ and see if the ₹1 Premium Plan is visible.
If visible, make payment through UPI, card or wallet – activation will be done instantly.
Keep in mind, according to some screenshots, this trial offer is valid for 30 days. After that the full price of the chosen plan will be applicable.
