Daily Diet of Neeraj Chopra:

In sports, the body fat percentage depends on the kind of sports the person participates in. For bodybuilders, the body fat percentage should be 3-5 percent, while for activity sports like javelin throw, one needs 10-10.5 percent body fat. In an interview with the official website of the Olympics, Neeraj Chopra talked about his diet plan to maintain 10 percent body fat.

Neeraj Chopra said, “Personally, my morning routine includes breakfast before training, which includes fruits, yogurt, oats, three-four egg whites and two breads. Apart from this, I also have juice or coconut water and dry fruits.”
