Akms Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited wants to raise ₹1,856.74 crore through IPO. 27,345,162 new shares worth ₹680 crore will be issued in the IPO. Whereas, the existing investors of the company will sell 17,330,435 shares worth ₹1,176.74 crore through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.
