Airport News: The young men and women who had returned from having fun abroad were trying to play their own ‘game’ at the airport. Before both of them could fulfill their plans, some special people caught the eye of them. After which, both of them were taken into custody and interrogation started. During interrogation, both of them made such revelations that all the officers present there were stunned to know about it.

Actually, this matter is of Indira Gandhi International Airport of Delhi. After major revelations and major seizures during interrogation, both of them have been arrested and sent behind bars. The officers of the Air Intelligence Unit posted at IGI Airport are now trying to find out who all are involved in this special game of these two.

According to a senior officer of IGI Airport, both the arrested young men and women had reached IGI Airport by flight GF-134 coming from Bahrain. As soon as they came out of the flight, such activities were going on between the two young men, due to which the attention of Customs’ Air Intelligence Unit (AIU) automatically went towards them. After this, both of them were stopped near Green Channel in the name of investigation.

Meanwhile, the trolley bag carried by both of them was placed on the X-ray machine for examination. After seeing what the AIU officers saw during the X-ray, their eyes were wide open. He immediately took both the bags in his possession and started cutting them with a cutter. It started with the young man’s trolley bag. AIU team recovered 15 silver colored metal pieces from the lining of the trolley bag.

These silver colored metal pieces were specially made from gold. Whose weight was estimated to be around 1528 grams and the price was estimated to be around Rs 11,115,283. After this, cutting of the girl’s bag started. Four silver colored metal pieces made of gold were recovered from the lining of the girl’s trolley bag. Whose weight was around 420 grams and the price was estimated to be around Rs 30,55,248.

According to a senior officer of AIU, a total of 19 metal pieces made of 1.94 kg gold were recovered. Their market value has been estimated at around ₹ 1.41 crore. Both the young man and the girl, who were trying to play the game of smuggling, have been arrested and sent behind the bars. Besides, the gold wire recovered from their possession has been confiscated.
