Laura recently shared a breakfast recipe that helped her lose 15 kg. “When it comes to weight loss most of my success has depended on repetition and routine. Sometimes it’s just about having some food that you love, that is easy to make and that you can constantly switch up,” read her post.

Here’s the breakfast recipe she followed:
- half cup oats
- two tablespoons of chia seeds
- a cup of milk
- Fruit
- one tablespoon peanut butter
Method:
Take half a cup of oats, two tablespoons of chia seeds, one cup of milk and chopped fruits in a jar and mix everything together. Freeze it overnight and then add a tablespoon of peanut butter to it in the morning before eating.
