Ranchi. Nowadays piles It has become a common disease, which is being seen in every third or fourth people. In this, people experience a lot of pain while passing stool especially in the morning. In such a situation, if you keep some things in mind in your lifestyle and make some changes in your diet, then you can get rid of this problem. Especially there are some things which should not be eaten even by mistake in this disease.

Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey (BAMS from Vinoba Bhave University) of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told Local 18 that the problem of piles has become common these days. The main reason for this is excessive consumption of junk food. Also, they start eating oily, spices and very tasty things due to which their digestive power gets completely disturbed. There is constipation in the stomach and difficulty in passing stool.

Dr. VK Pandey tells that if you are suffering from piles or do not want to invite this disease in future, then do not eat junk food from outside even by mistake. Especially those junk foods which contain flour. Like momos, noodles or chow mein. These are like poison in all piles. Because there is zero fiber in it and the flour gets stuck in the large intestine. Due to this, there is a lot of pain in passing stool.

Dr. VK Pandey further said that apart from this, completely stop frying or using excessive oily spices. Try to cook vegetables by adding only two spoons of oil and avoid cold drinks, outside chips etc. Include as much fiber as possible in your diet. Like sprouts, jowar, millet or multigrain roti. Among vegetables, broccoli and green leafy vegetables are very beneficial in piles.

Dr. VK Pandey says that you must do any physical activity for at least 45 minutes every day. This keeps your entire body active and boosts metabolism. This will also strengthen the digestive power. Also, drink three to four liters of water a day. This helps in flushing out toxins from the body easily.
