Sometimes, birthday blues can affect a person and make them feel extremely negative. Therapist Andrea Evgeniou wrote, “Birthdays are supposed to be celebrations of life, but sometimes they can lead to feelings of sadness and anxiety. If you’re experiencing birthday blues, you’re not alone.”
