People had to resort to some other options. Therefore, Meta has given the option to run more than one account in the app itself. But, still many people are not aware of it.

Nor will you have to install the WhatsApp Business app. WhatsApp users can run two different accounts from the same app on the same phone. Run two WhatsApp accounts on the same phone like this:
- First open WhatsApp app in your phone.
- Then go to WhatsApp Settings from the top right corner.
- After this tap on the down arrow visible next to your profile and name.
- After this click on Add account and then click on Agree and continue.
- After this enter your phone number and then click on Next.
- After this you will get settings to set permissions.
Now you will have to add another WhatsApp account in your phone. You will also be able to switch between these two accounts easily. For this you will have to go to the profile and click on the down arrow.
Now that you have two WhatsApp accounts in your phone, you may get a little confused by their notifications. For this, WhatsApp says that you can set notification and privacy settings separately for each account. That means you can change the notification tone for every account. With this you will be able to differentiate between the messages of both the accounts. Apart from this, you can also change the privacy settings of both the accounts.
