RRB Recruitment 2024: Railway Recruitment Board has announced 9000 job vacancies for ‘Technician’. The application process will start from March 9. Detailed vacancies will be released on the websites of all RRBs on the same day. Candidates can apply for jobs till 8th April.

RRB Recruitment 2024: Technician Job Vacancy Details
According to media reports, out of 9000 job vacancies, 7,900 are for Technician Grade III Signal, and 1100 vacancies are for Technician Grade I Signal.
RRB Technician Recruitment 2024: Age Limit
Candidates between 18 to 36 years of age are eligible to apply for Technician Grade I Signal, whereas for Technician Grade III post, candidates must be between 18 to 33 years of age.
RRB Technician Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
application fee will be Rs 500 for general category candidates. However, application fee for SC/ST, Ex-Serviceman, PwBD, Women, Transgender, Minority or Economically Backward Class will be 250.
In January this year, RRB announced the recruitment for Constable (XE) and Sub-Inspector (XE) in Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF).
As per the RRB notification, the recruitment drive aims to fill 2000 constable and 250 SI vacancies. The selection process includes stages like Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Standard Test (PST), and Document Verification. The RRB website said in an official notification that candidates must have completed 10th or 12th, Diploma or Graduation in any discipline from a recognized board, university or institute for Constable and SI posts.
