He said his son told him that three boys from his school along with 17 others were waiting for him outside the school gate and when he came out, they beat him up.

A Class 11 student was allegedly attacked by a group of boys at the gate of a private school in Sushant Lok and he sustained wounds at several places on his body, including both eyes, police said on Wednesday.

Police said the group arrived in five cars and tried to kidnap the first victim.

He told that the entire action was captured in the CCTV installed in the school building. The victim suffered multiple injuries on his body, including his eyes, and is being treated at a private hospital.

Police said that Amit Dahiya, a resident of Krishna Colony, Gurugram, received a call from his son’s school on Tuesday afternoon, informing him that his son has been admitted to Umkal Hospital after a physical attack. According to the police, Dahiya said in her complaint, “When I reached the hospital, I found that my son was in a very bad condition.”

He said his son told him that three boys from his school along with 17 others were waiting for him outside the school gate and when he came out, they beat him up. Dahiya told the police that they wanted to kill his son.

“They came in five vehicles and surrounded him with the aim of forcing him into a car. The accused had also hidden the cars by putting stickers on their number plates. Dahiya said in his complaint, the school staff has confirmed what happened and the entire incident was captured on CCTV. Following his complaint, an FIR was registered against the suspects under IPC sections 147 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) at Sushant Lok police station on Tuesday night.

“The injured student is not fit for deposition but is reportedly stable. Inspector Rishikant, SHO of Sector 29 police station, said, we are conducting raids to nab the suspects.
