How to manage overstimulation in children?

Dr. Pudar insisted that the first step to help your children is to check with your mental state: “Your cool appearance will help your child feel safe.” You can support the mental good of your children, when you are in a balanced position yourself. It is also important to identify things that work for you and your family – you do not need to participate in every event or participate in every festival. The doctor recommended, “You can help children by narrating their experiences verbally; describing such concepts will help your child learn emotional literacy and self-awareness.”

Dr. Pudar has also suggested some cool strategies that will help your children to the ground: “Bring a cool toolkit. Pack snacks, headphones, or a favorite toy to calm your baby during infections. To encourage a cool time break, preferably without screens after meetings or activities.”
