A total of 56 posts of UPSC Geologists, Geophysicists, Chemists and Scientists (Hydrology, Chemistry and Geophysics) are available in this recruitment.

Admit card for Combined Geo Scientist 2024 Preliminary Exam is now available on the official website of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), upsconline.nic.in. Candidates who have enrolled for the preliminary examination round can download their individual admit cards by clicking on the admit card link on the official website. A total of 56 posts are available in this recruitment round as UPSC Geologists, Geophysicists, Chemists and Scientists (Hydrology, Chemistry and Geophysics).

UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination, 2024 is scheduled to be held on February 18. There will be two sessions for the examination: 09:30 to 11:30 am and 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The process to download admit card is given below for your reference.

UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Recruitment 2024: How to Download Admit Card

Step 1: First of all go to the official website of Union Public Service Commission upsconline.nic.in

Step 2: Scan the homepage for the section labeled ”e-Admit Card: Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination, 2024”.

Step 3: After locating it, click on the link to find the admit card access page

Step 4: Enter your login information, which should include your date of birth, registration number and any other required information.

Step 5: After entering the required data your Geo-Scientist Preliminary Exam Admit Card will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Carefully scan the information on the admit card to ensure that all the data is correct. If there are any discrepancies, applicants should immediately contact the exam administrators so that they can be rectified.

Step 7: Once verification is done and there is no discrepancy, proceed to download the admit card.

Step 8: Also, take a print out of your admit card hard copy for future reference.

Candidates are required to bring a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo identity card to the test venue. If candidates forget to bring their admit card, they risk being disqualified. Applicants are encouraged to visit the official website of UPSC for updates and information on UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination, 2024.

The Prelims, Mains and Interview results of the candidates are used to determine the UPSC Geo Scientist selection process. Preliminary exam is of 400 marks, Main exam is of 600 marks and Interview is of 200 marks.
