I used to be very nervous at that time. Since I came from South India background, I never talked in Hindi on the set.

But all this is fine because I am able to convene. People understand what I want to say. Talking about the climax scene, he revealed, ‘Akbar Bhai was the action director of the film and we shot that scene about five times. My hip was traced for about 8-10 years because I was asked to wear harness. At that time we had no VFX. So I had to officially act to show that I was falling and the building is moving. But the manufacturers thought that the scene could be shot better. I am dead about 15 times.
Shetty praised Khan’s acting saying, ‘But when we saw the last scene, I think this shot was an iconic moment of Hindi cinema. Because you may not have seen an actor pushing an innocent actress down. Shahrukh Khan was fantastic. In the 90s, films were not made with love, not on the basis of money. Directed by Abbas-Mastan, ‘Baazigar’ remains a tiles crime thriller, whose Intens Climax is a major reason that the film is still so liked.
