According to his coach, Honey Singh lost 17 kg in a month through natural diet and rigorous workouts.

In a conversation with Aaj Tak, Arun Kumar, Sri Asia 2022 and Honey’s fitness coach, unveiled the mysteries behind this change.   • Amla – High, digestive and fat loss in vitamin C.
  • Cucumber – Keeps the body hydrated and removes toxins.
  • Carrot – Increases digestion when supplying essential vitamins.

Singh’s diet plan was carefully structured to maximize nutrition and maintain his weight loss journey. According to Arun, his daily food was involved:

  • strength training: Focusing on muscle development while accelerating fat loss.
  • Cardio Session: Necessary to burn calories and increase patience.
  • High-Rip Training: Instead of normal 10 representatives, they pushed themselves to 20–25 representatives per set for greater intensity.
  • Stability: Whether it is morning or late night, he never did a workout.
