AIbe 19 Final Answer Key 2024: Number Scheme
This answer key allows candidates to calculate their potential score. The marking plan rewards a mark for each correct answer, with no deduction for the wrong answer. To qualify, candidates related to General and OBC categories require a minimum of 45 percent, while SC, ST, and disabled candidates have a qualifying mark of 40 percent.
In India, it is mandatory to approve the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) to practice law. Passing AIBE is a condition to achieve the practice of practice (COP) issued by Bar Council of India (BCI). Without this certification, law graduates cannot legally represent customers in court or present the legal lawyer as advocates, even if the state is nominated with the Bar Council.
To be eligible for the examination, candidates have to complete three or five years LLB courses from BCI-recognized universities or approved colleges. There are no age restrictions for AIBE exam; Candidates of any age who meet qualification requirements are eligible to apply and participate.
