Mumbai Police Search for Ranveer
Earlier on Saturday, PTI reported that the Mumbai Police cannot locate Ranveer as his phone is closed. An official said on Saturday that he has presented the Comedian Samay Raina in his YouTube show in the investigation of the previously controversial comments in his YouTube show.
Ranveer’s parents and Sam have commented on sex in the YouTube show before now, India’s Got Latant has expressed his displeasure in a big way, causing complaints to many persons. The official said that the Khar police have been unable to contact Ranveer, which is popular on YouTube for his beerbis channel, as his phone has shut down.
He said that Samay’s lawyer met senior police officers, asking for more time, stating that his client was in America. At the request of the lawyer, the police has given him time till March 10 to produce him to record a statement.
Ranveer had earlier requested the Khar police to record his statement at his residence, but his request was turned down. The police went to their flat in Versova area on Friday but found that it was closed.
The Mumbai Police has recorded statements of eight persons, including Apoorva Mukhiya, Ashish Chanchalani and Manager of Ranveer, based on a complaint filed by an executive officer of BJP. However, the city police have not registered any FIR in this regard.
Maharashtra Cyber has called at least 50 persons to record its statements in relation to the case registered in this regard. They include those who participated in the show. On Thursday, actor and film personality Raghu Ram recorded his statement with the agency. He was on the judge panel of the show’s show.
