UGC NET Result 2024 News Live: Where, How to check NTA UGC Net Scorecard

UGC – NET December 2024 will be preserved for 90 days from the date of announcement of the record result.

Results of UGC – Candidates (s) net December 2024, which is involved in unfair sense, will be canceled and not declared. Similarly, the results of those candidates who appear from the center in addition to the allotment or allow any other candidate to write the exam on their behalf. No petition will be made in this regard.

There will be no revaluation/re -examination of the result. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

The following stages will be followed for the preparation of the result

Step I: The number of candidates who are eligible for eligibility for Assistant Professor will be equal to 6% appeared in the net (in both papers) based on their master’s degree or equivalent examination.

Phase II: According to the reservation policy of the Government of India, the total slots will be allotted to various categories.

Step III: To consider, the candidates must have appeared in both papers and both papers will have at least 40% of the total marks. The papers taken together for all the candidates related to reserved categories (ie, SC, ST, OBC (belonging to non-dominated layer), PWD and third gender).

Phase IV: The number of candidates to be declared eligible in any subject for a particular category is received according to the functioning.

Phase v: The total number of slots available for rewarding JRF is allocated among various categories as per the reservation policy of the Government of India.

A panel of subject experts will verify the challenges of the candidates. If the challenge of a candidate is found correct, the answer key will be revised and accordingly will be applied to the reactions of all the candidates.

The result will be prepared and declared based on the revised final answer key. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-sanction of his challenge. The key finally by experts after the challenge will be final.

The provisional answer key was released on 31 January, and the last date to increase objections was February 3, 2025.

The UGC NET December exam was held on 3 January, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 21, and 27, 2025. It was held in two shifts: first innings from 9 am to 12 noon and second innings from 3 pm to 6 pm.

When announced, candidates can check the UGC NET December results on Ugcnet.nta.ac.in through the official website of the UGC NET. The UGC net results can also be checked on the website-ugcnetdec2024.ntaonline.in.
