National Testing Agency, NTA, National Eligibility cum Entrance Gate (NEET) will open application windows in time for UG 2025. Medical aspirations wishing to apply for NEET UG 2025 will be able to open registration once on neet.nta.nic.in on the official website of NATA.
APAAR ID NEET UG 2025 is not mandatory for registration
In particular, NTA recently issued a notice in which it was clarified that APAAR ID NEET UG is not mandatory for registration and candidates can continue to register for the examination using other available means.

The notice reads, “Please refer to public notice on 14 January 2025, in which candidates were encouraged to update their Aadhaar Credentials and integrate their APAAR ID. The APAAR ID (first Academic Bank of Credit or ABC ID) is designed to digitally storing a student’s educational credit and ensure a comprehensive record of their educational journey. ,
“It is clear that Apaar ID NEET UG 2025 is not mandatory for registration. Aspires can continue to register for the examination using other available means, of which the information will soon be available in the bulletin.

The NTA said that NEET UG 2025 question paper pattern and exam duration will be like a pre-coved format, where there will be no section B now.
