ISIS said in the post that it targeted a vehicle carrying a Chinese citizen, killing him. On Wednesday, Afghan police had said that a Chinese citizen had been murdered. The incident occurred on Tuesday evening when the Chinese employee was traveling without informing local security officials. Usually, he traveled in groups with other Chinese nationals. There have been attacks on Chinese citizens in the past too
