Karnataka CET 2025: Application process starts online at kea.kar.nic.in. Candidates can apply till February 21, 2025.

Karnataka CET 2025: Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will start the registration process for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) tomorrow, January 23, 2025. Once the application portal is activated, candidates can apply on the official website – kea.kar.nic. In. The last date for registration is February 21, 2025. As per the official schedule, the exam is scheduled to be held on April 16 and 17, 2025.
KCET 2025: Application Fee
Candidates belonging to General Aptitude, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 to register for the examination. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories will have to pay a fee of Rs 250. Applicants from other states outside Karnataka will have to pay Rs 750, while foreign candidates will have to pay Rs 5,000.

step 1: Visit the official website – kea.kar.nic.in
step 2: Click on the KCET 2025 registration link when it is available.
step 3: Complete the registration by providing the required details.
step 4: Fill KCET 2025 Application Form.
Step 5: Upload the required documents and pay the application fee.
Step 6: Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
KEA Karnataka CET 2025 Exam Schedule
KEA Karnataka CET 2025 exam will be conducted for admission to various courses including Engineering, Yoga and Naturopathy, B-Pharma, Pharma-D, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science and B.Sc. (Nursing) Professional Course. The exam will be held on April 16, 2025 and April 17, 2025. The examination will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode.
The examination will be conducted as follows:
April 16, 2025 (Wednesday):
10:30 am to 11:50 am – Physics
2:30 pm to 3:50 pm – Chemistry
April 17, 2025 (Thursday):
10:30 am to 11:50 am – Mathematics
2:30 pm to 3:50 pm – Biology
Additionally, the KCET Kannada language exam will be conducted on April 18, 2025.
The distribution of marks for CET 2025 is as follows: Each subject including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology will carry a total of 60 marks. The Kannada language test, which is conducted for out-of-state and border Kannada candidates, will be allotted 50 marks.
