Netflix has not released numbers for Squid Game Season 2. The latest season of the South Korean dystopian survival thriller is released this Christmas.

When it comes to viewership, Squid Game Season 1 has been viewed 265.2 million times on the platform, which is equivalent to approximately 2.2 billion viewing hours. It tops Netflix’s top 10 most popular shows, not just in non-English, but across the platform.
As of now, Netflix has not released numbers for Season 2. It remains to be seen if Squid Game season 2 will be able to match season one’s 2.2 billion hours watched.
However, Squid Game Season 2 is not receiving as good a response as Season 1. It has a low audience score of 63 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, while season 1 has an audience score of 83 percent.
