Regarding this scam, Aseem Manchanda of CNBC-Awaaz told that now cyber criminals are committing fraud by creating mobile numbers through the app. These numbers are exactly similar to Indian numbers, like +87, +86, +67, +69, +77, +79 etc. Cyber ​​criminals scam people by calling them from numbers like +87, +86, +67, +69, +77, +79. In such calls you are told that your parcel is stuck or your mobile will be switched off within 2 hours or similar things. If you get a call from such a number then you should be cautious.
You can complain on ‘Sanchar Sathi’ portal
According to the telecom operator, these numbers are encrypted. Are generated through the app. It is not possible to put a stop to them.
