A fitness influencer who lost over 45 kg recommended fat burning snacks and emphasized that it is possible to enjoy your favorite foods during weight loss.
Weight loss is a rigorous journey full of difficult decisions and discipline. However, this should not cost you that you have to give up eating your favorite foods. Fitness influencer Dulce Rodriguez, who lost over 100 pounds (about 45 kilograms), also believes in the same mantra. She shared her top 5 snacks on Instagram that helped her lose fat and gain muscle. In the post, Dulce shared her before and after photo along with the snacks she ate during her weight loss and maintenance journey. In the caption, she emphasized that losing fat and eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring.
She added, “I thought that after being misled for years, I would have to eat minimal food, simple salads and boiled eggs, to see results. Let this be your reminder that you don’t have to stop eating your favorite foods to see results. Remember to fuel your body daily, eat enough, meet your protein goals, and be patient! “Profit will come (sic).”
